New page: How to Get Involved
Consolidated three previously separate elements — the Printable Questions card, the How to Get the Documents Yourself card, and the Who Controls What section — into a single new page, along with a new right-to-record explainer (Texas Gov't Code § 551.023), a "who's really behind an LLC" guide to Texas SOSDirect, and a note on how automation is used on this site (human-reviewed, not auto-published).
FAQ page — full rework
Reorganized all five sections to match the site's stated reader-priority order, with clearer names reflecting actual content. Rewrote the tax abatement question into a five-fact anchor covering the full scope of what's actually been formally decided, plus a new question on why deal-terms review is happening after approval rather than before. Rewrote the water-use question with clearer sourcing on the state survey response rate. Replaced the "double water use" question with a clearer Campus 1 vs. Campus 2 breakdown. Removed two lower-value questions (shell company naming conventions, NDA prevalence) and moved several general-context questions to the more appropriate section.

Replaced three separate cards (Printable Questions, How to Get the Documents, Who Controls What) with a single card pointing to the new How to Get Involved page.
Links page
Added the Bastrop County Republican Party as a parallel listing to the existing Democratic Party entry.
Site-wide
Added "How to Get Involved" to the main navigation on every page.
How to Get Involved — same-day refinements
Fixed two links in the "Who Controls What" section that displayed as text but weren't actually clickable. Reworked the water-authority entry to name the district directly rather than just linking a generic "Well Map" label. Merged two opening sections into one. Reordered the page so reference sections appear before the main call-to-action, for easier scanning on mobile.

"Closed Loop, Open Question: Water Issues" (Did We Get a Good Deal? — Part 1)
Full rebuild of this piece. Corrected water-service timeline (service hasn't started; not expected until 2027, not an active draw). Added a technical explainer distinguishing two cooling technologies both called "closed loop." Added a section on brackish groundwater, based on EdgeConneX's June 2026 town hall statement. Retitled from "Cedar Creek Data Center: Did the Community Get a Good Deal?"
"What a Good Deal Looks Like" (Did We Get a Good Deal? — Part 3)
Corrected a math error (previously stated an 8% tax rate increase; actual figure is 6.4%). Corrected misattributed figures — a payment amount and a wage requirement had been merged from two separate companies' separate agreements (QTS and Google). Replaced a secondary-source legal citation with the actual Texas Tax Code sections. Added the finding that only Building 1 currently has a signed agreement; the other three buildings remain unsigned and unnegotiated.
Editorial page
Retired three earlier papers ("What Kind of Water Deal Did We Actually Get?", "An Unbalanced Relationship," "A Good Deal? Or a Sucker's Bet?"). Replaced with a placeholder page pointing to the current, actively maintained series.
FAQ page
Updated two answers to reflect confirmed facts: infrastructure costs for this facility are borne by the developer, not spread to ratepayers; and school districts cannot legally have their tax revenue reduced by this type of county abatement. Fixed two links that pointed to retired Editorial content. Added a note flagging an unreconciled discrepancy between two different publicly stated water-volume figures (56 LUE vs. 350 LUE).
